Dedicated Testing and training Center
We can perform grinding and shredding trials directly on our customers’ materials at our in‑house testing facility. With over ten shredders, granulators and auxiliary machines always available on site, we can determine with even greater accuracy the optimal solution to meet each client’s specific requirements.
On-Site Technical Support
Our highly specialized technicians assist customers during the installation, start-up, and commissioning of the plant. Furthermore, they can provide on-site training for the client’s personnel and offer detailed maintenance guidance directly at the facility.
Maintenance & Repairs
We have a dedicated area for the repair and maintenance of shredders and grinders, including units not manufactured by us. We are equipped to produce any worn or damaged component that needs replacement—such as side walls, shafts, rotors, blades, and more—to fully restore the machinery to its original condition.
Spare Parts Warehouse & On‑Demand Supply
To ensure the prompt dispatch of essential or critical spare parts, ITS maintains a dedicated warehouse and an on‑demand supply service for customers who require it, available for both individual machines and fully customized systems.
After-Sales Service
We are at your disposal to provide original spare parts and wear components, guaranteeing assistance for any maintenance work required. We also offer the option of full maintenance contracts to ensure your machinery always remains in perfect working condition.
