ITS Granulators
ITS machines are designed to integrate seamlessly into complete recycling and material processing plants. Thanks to their staggered rotor configuration, they ensure optimal performance in shredding fibrous textile materials, pre-shredded tires, RDF, SRF, and many other materials.
We offer various rotor lengths and diameters, combined with various installed power ratings, to best suit the type and flow rate of the material being processed. Our technology ensures flexibility, reliability, and excellent results in every application.
Lite Series
The Lite Series granulators represent a highly competitive solution for granulating small and medium-sized materials and objects. Designed to offer high performance at a contained cost, they combine efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in a single compact machine. The rotating blades are designed for quick and easy maintenance: after sharpening, no special tools are required for positioning or adjustment during reassembly.
Some of the materials that this compact granulator can process include fibrous or textile waste, leather scraps, plastics, paper. They are also suitable for processing rubber trims, light composite scraps, natural fibers, insulation materials, and other lightweight production waste.

Lab Rat Grinder
Compact, quiet, and reliable, the Lab Rat granulator is designed to support researchers in their experimental work. Its low rotation speed reduces noise and energy consumption, while the staggered-blade rotor ensures uniform cutting even with complex materials. Mounted on wheels, it can be easily moved around the laboratory, making it ideal for dynamic research environments and shared workspaces.
Engineered for laboratory and pilot scale activities, it offers maximum versatility in the volumetric reduction of plastic and non ferrous materials, simplifying sample recovery and analysis.
Perfect for:
- Recovery and study of sprues from injection and blow molding machines
- Grinding of small plastic components for testing and analysis
- Granulation of non ferrous samples in experimental settings
- Processing of textiles and low tenacity materials
- Pilot activities and academic or industrial research projects
